Mentoring Programme Terms & Conditions
Cockerill & Co is a trading name of Invisible Progress Ltd. For the avoidance of doubt, we will be referred to as Cockerill & Co for the remainder of this document. (Mentee refers to you, Mentor refers to Cockerill & Co)
I understand the information supplied gives Cockerill & Co permission to communicate with me by mail, email, or phone to relay special offers, announcements and information I may find valuable in my business.
Terms Of Booking
I understand all sales are considered final once payments are processed and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If you purchase one of our products or services on a payment plan, and an instalment payment fails and remains uncollected for 30 days, then the entire outstanding balance of the payment plan will become due. By purchasing on a payment plan, you accept responsibility for this commitment in full, taking into consideration any changes that may occur in your personal circumstances.
Length Of Agreement
Unless otherwise stated, all Mentorship Programmes are 12 months in duration. 12 months commences one month after the first onboarding session.
Cancellation
You can cancel your Mentoring Programme at anytime provided you give 30 days’ notice. To do this, please put this in writing to [email protected]
Liability
The mentee shall not at any time be obliged to act on any information, suggestion, advice or guidance given by the mentor as part of the mentoring programme, but if and to the extent that it does so, it shall do so at its own risk.
The mentee is advised to take independent financial, legal or other appropriate professional (if relevant) before acting on any information, suggestion, advice or guidance given by the mentor.
Cockerill & Co is not liable to the mentee or to any third party for any loss, damage, costs, or liabilities suffered as a result of this agreement, the existence of the relationships between the parties, the services provided or the act or omissions of the mentor or mentee. Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude any liability for death or personal injury, or which results from fraud.
Privacy & Confidentiality
By participating in the Mentoring Programme, the mentee agrees to have his/her personal and business data handled completely confidentially and under GDPR regulations.
- Personal/Business data shall only be used for the purposes of administering the Mentorship Programme
- Personal/Business data shall not be shared with any third parties other than the mentor and the mentor’s 3rd party partners.
Information shared with the mentee by the mentor should not be shared directly or indirectly with any other parties, nor used for any purpose other than participation in the Mentorship Programme.
Money Back Guarantee
If you do not get a positive return on your investment within 12 months, you are entitled to a full refund.
This is providing you engage fully in the programme and honour the following commitments:
- Attend all in-person & online meetings for the full duration
- Book and attend all one-to-one mentoring calls/sessions
- Implement all items detailed in your planning sessions within the timescales requested
- Ask for help when you need it
- Be completely transparent and honest at all times and offer full disclosure when required
To Make A Change To Your Programme
You may move the date of your monthly one-to-one (where applicable) providing you give a minimum of 7 days’ notice. You may do this via email to [email protected]
If you do not attend the date you have booked for, and do not give prior notice, you are not entitled to a partial refund or to reschedule your session for that given month.
Where possible we will always accommodate any short notice rescheduling but we cannot guarantee that this will always be possible.
